By accessing or using Safha Global (safhaglobal.org and safhaglobal.com) ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Safha Global operates an open-access literary repository preserving classical Urdu, Hindi, and Persian literary masterpieces.

• Public Domain Works: Classical poetry verses, historical couplets, and public-domain writings are preserved for educational, research, and cultural appreciation.
• Community Contributions: By submitting poems, couplets, or dictionary entries, you confirm that you own or have the right to license the material, and grant Safha Global a non-exclusive license to publish and archive it.
• Content Integrity: Automated scraping, malicious extraction, or unlawful replication of the compiled database without authorization is prohibited.

All ticket reservations, gate passes, and event bookings made via safhaglobal.com are subject to the following conditions:

• Digital Boarding Pass: Each confirmed ticket generates a unique QR token. Admission requires presentation of the valid QR pass at the venue entrance.
• Seat Allocation: Seat reservations and gate entry allocations are processed on a first-confirmed basis up to the venue's authorized capacity.
• Invoicing & Taxes: Official digital GST and tax invoices are automatically generated upon payment confirmation.
• Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event a live concert is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, registered ticket holders will receive notification and applicable remedies under the event policy.

Solo vocalists, instrumentalists, and musical troupes applying for stage performances:

• Registration: Artists must submit verified contact, demo media, and repertoire credentials.
• Logistics Coverage: Where designated for announced concerts, artist entry packages cover transportation allowances, hotel lodging, and green room technical hospitality.
• Conduct: Artists agree to uphold professional conduct aligning with the dignity of literary and musical cultural heritage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safha Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. We reserve the right to amend these terms periodically, with changes reflected on this page.
